Good Shepherd Catholic Parish is a rural parish that serves towns in the western part of Carroll county. Our parish consists of six church sites; St. Bernard church (Breda), St. John the Baptist church (Arcadia), Sacred Heart church (Templeton), Holy Angels church (Roselle), St. Augustine church (Halbur), and Our Lady of Mount Carmel church (Mount Carmel).
